Rules and Regulations

  1. Acceptance of a film does not guarantee airline or hotel accommodations for talent or production crew.
  2. All films are subject to reviews.
  3. The number of screenings, days and venues is at the sole discretion of the Festival.
  4. Due to high administrative and shipping costs, submission videos(DVD&VHS) and materials will not be returned.
  5. All the submissions must be NTSC format only
  6. Screening format DVD or Beta SP only
